"We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and even included a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly, the pool area was a nice relaxing spot to hang out, and they have a small gym. There is no breakfast but they have a lot of free snacks and drinks. "

"The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT.... The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off. You spend the night fixing it or sleeping on the plastic because fitted sheets don't stay on plastic. The bathroom had a new shower curtain but a towel from a previous person was left hanging in the bathroom.The toilet seat definitely should have been replaced because it was old and discolored and the seat cover itself had old cigarette burns. This is one area ABOVE ALL that attentinn should have been given. The room isn't cleaned unless requested so no garbage pick up, beds made or towels replaced you're not told in advance No room phone in the room so if you need something you have to go back to the front desk and no wake up call is available The comforter was a plain dark gray that looked old ..No blanket was available so you only had it besides the top sheet. Since people.tend to put everything and do everything on hotel comforters, for sanitary reasons even a light blanket shoud be provided with the top sheet They did have a microwave and refrigerator and the TV had a good number of stations Free parking was also available At this time I could not recommend this hotel until the rooms have a better presentation. I understand they are renovating but I think they should have waited until they could have presented better. The staff however was very polite and helpfull"

"LOVED: bathrobe in room, fridge, water (both still and sparkling) available on all floors!, fabulous workout room, two great pools and grounds were lovely, plush towels, comfy beds, blackout drapes, quiet, private deck, coffee and grab and go-bar near pool, lunch options, great large shower and shower head. Staff is super friendly and helpful TO KNOW: $25 a day to park, no mini splits so air coming on and off can impact some light sleepers (me), food in restaurant (and drinks) very overpriced. Otherwise, it was a top-notch escape!"

"The WiFi didn’t work. The room was disgusting, out of date, and extremely moldy. The ice machine broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and despite the info on Hotels.com, there was NO RESTAURANT on site. Just a sushi bar kind of close by. I am pretty sure AI was used to make the posted photos look palatable. We were completely hoodwinked into staying there and spending so much to do so. Proceed at your own risk. "

"We loved the west pool with the bar, it was the perfect spot for us to relax. The resort seemed a little fancy for our family but a very nice place to visit. We appreciated the guard checking for hotel keys to keep rowdy casino goers out of the hallways and pools. The property felt very safe overall. "

"We wanted to be closer to the airport due to early departure after our weekend getaway. The facility had security, very clean and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good and had some gluten free foods such as pastry, bread and rolls."
