"We liked the friendly and eficiente staff. Breakfast was also good. The place needs an upgrade of the rooms, it is not adequate for the rate they are charging. If you stay in the rooms near the reception (I mean very next to) it is like a pensione, very little privacy. But the rate was compared to a good 4 star hotel or boutique bread and breakfast ($212). The room itself was basic and outdated."

"Great hotel in two renovated last century mansions, walking distance from Petrópolis main attractions. Staff very polite and willing to help and there is also a great restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"Vi bastantes reclamações no site, mas ainda assim resolvi arriscar. Pois gosto de passar pela experiência, afinal de contas o que é ruim para um pode ser bom para outro. Vamos lá, área externa muito espaçosa, vista incrível e um ótimo contato com a natureza. Atendimento dos funcionários nota 1000. Em especial o Mario, Ingrid, Dana e Junior.
