Great location and beautiful setting.

Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service.

This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. 10 out of 10!

This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. Nice people, great location, good breakfast! We walked almost everywhere in the historic center no matter of the rain. The restaurant and staff were very helpful. We had dinner at Majorica once which was really great and walking distance from the hotel. Thank you

Great hotel walking distance from main attractions

Great hotel in two renovated last century mansions, walking distance from Petrópolis main attractions. Staff very polite and willing to help and there is also a great restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Despite having reserved a royal suite room upstairs with a garden view which we had stayed many times as a repeated guest they put us on a lower level room with bad smell , mouldy walls, no shampoo, the bedroom upstairs was very noisy, a machine outside didn’t let us sleep, the breakfast is very average, watery orange juice, very little fruits . It was the last time we will stay at this hotel.
