Eu gostei muito de passar o final de semana, voltaria novamente mas acho que eles precisam melhorar alguns detalhes. O restaurante do hotel é caro e a comida é péssima! No café da manhã tivemos problemas dois dias seguidos para conseguir tomar um cafezinho e alguns funcionários pareciam perdidos em relação as informações e funcionamento de algumas áreas. Acredito que se melhorarem esses detalhes vai ficar incrível.

A piscina aquecida é excelente, o café da manhã muito bom e o restaurante serve uma comida incrível. Infelizmente, no quesito acomodação, limpeza e serviço, o hotel tem muito a melhorar. O banho era uma tortura, ou a agua ficava quente demais ou gelada, temperar a água era quase impissivel e quando conseguiamos, ficava bom por menos de 30 segundos. Ficamos 2 dias, pedi para trocarem o lixo do banheiri porque estava cheio, a lixeira era muito pequena, nao trocaram, o papel ficou envolta da lixeira criando um ambiente totalmente insalubre! Nojento. A descarga tambem nao funcionava, falei diretamente com alguem que parecia ser o supervisor ou gerente do local, mas nada foi feito, o lixo nao foi trocado e nao resolveram o problema da descarga. O banheiro é bem decadente, o quarto é limpinho e aconchegande, é só manger a porta do banheiro fechada.

Lugar tranquilo, agradável com equipe cortes

Equipe muito atenciosa especialmente o Caio da recepção e a Cris do restaurante. Café da manhã excelente. Piscina térmica e sauna excelentes.Alguns pontos a melhorar (mas não afetaram a estadia), não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro, cobertor menor que a cama, não tinha pastilha de álcool pra lareira e somente 3 fósforos na caixa, colchão de molas precisa uma revisão.

Estadia boa

A estadia foi boa e o lugar é muito bonito, com ambiente tranquilo e bem cuidado. O acesso é fácil com GPS e placas, mas a distância real até Petrópolis é de cerca de 30 minutos, e transporte por app é difícil saindo do hotel. Táxis cobram em média R$ 100 até a cidade. O atendimento na recepção foi ótimo, e o café da manhã, apesar de simples, é gostoso. Usei apenas 1 diária e estava com mais 3 pessoas no chalé, o que atendeu bem à necessidade. O chalé, porém, precisa de melhorias: limpeza deixou a desejar, camas de solteiro desconfortáveis (não dá para juntar, pois são de alturas diferentes), poucas tomadas e a porta entre os quartos arrasta no chão, fazendo muito barulho. O quarto de solteiro não tem ar-condicionado nem ventilador, então depende do ar do quarto de casal e da porta aberta, o que compromete a privacidade. Também é preciso passar pelo quarto de casal para acessar o banheiro. A TV é Smart, mas com poucos canais. Leve repelente, pois há muitos mosquitos devido à vegetação ao redor. No geral, o local é ótimo para descanso, mas pequenos ajustes fariam a experiência ser bem melhor.

Fui colocado propositalmente em um quarto sem água gelada no chuveiro. Me trocaram para um quarto totalmente mal arejado e mofado depois me mandaram para outro muito velho e mal conservado. Aceitei porque não estava a fim de confusão. Esse grupo está comprando coisa velha e empurrando nos clientes.

O hotel é muito bom, no geral ele é confortável, lindo, o atendimento é excelente, a comida do restaurante é incrível, o café da manhã servido é ótimo. Mas uma coisa que para mim foi bem ruim, foi que, pelo menos no quarto que eu fiquei, era escasso de tomada, apenas duas disponíveis, e era uma no banheiro e outra na áreazinha do closet, que era do lado da porta do banheiro, ao lado da cama não tinha. Enfim, é um detalhe, mas isso atrapalha bastante. Fora isso, tudo muitoo bom.

Pousada boa para famílias

Pousada confortável, área externa maravilhosa, restaurante muito bom!! Único ponto a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto e a impossibilidade de dispor de taças e abridor de vinhos! O barulho da estrada também é um ponto ruim pra quem tem o sono leve! No restante foi tudo ótimo, as crianças amaram as áreas comuns!
