O quarto estava em estado precário. O hotel precisa urgentemente de reparos, que demandam pouco investimento, muito trabalho e profissionalismo. O restaurante, em alta temporada, convido-me, com três crianças, a sair do salão, pois havia encerrado o atendimento, embora com meia ocupação. O café da manhã era muito bom. O hotel precisa de atenção, senão irá fechar. Tem instalações para ser um hotel butique e não uma espelunca. Não se tolera limo no banheiro, falta de reposição de toalhas por não ter disponível e ausência de desculpas por estar sem condições de servir.

O hotel tem uma excelente area de lazer com piscina aquecida e sauna. Os jardins são muito bonitos. Os funcionários sao atenciosos mas quando o hotel fica lotado faltam itens basicos como toalhas de banho. Foi a segunda vez que enfrentei o mesmo problema. As toalhas só chegaram depois das 22:00. O cafe da manha tb perdeu alguns itens como tapioca e omelete. Reduziram a oferta de peodutos

Minha estadia foi curta, mas agradável dentro do possivel. Primeira coisa, as distâncias informadas na descrição do hotel então erradas, ele é bem longe. 9 min para o palácio de Cristal, nunca será. Pode por uns 30. Isso precisa ser corrigido. O check-in fast é ótimo, chegando lá já está tudo resolvido. Já a recepção não deu nenhuma explicação sobre os serviços, tive que perguntar. Café da manhã satisfatório, os pães não eram gostosos. A piscina aquecida precisa de uma limpeza melhor, as bordas estavam super sujas de gordura. Mas o hotel ebem.bonito. Chuveiro bom, cama nem tanto.

Ja estive neste jotel ha mais de 15 anos. Reservei novamente pq tinha sido maravilhoso, porem desta vez deixou muito a desejar. Check in demorado. Só havia 1 funcionária e estava lotado. Quarto nao estava bem limpo. Sem tolhas e ou tapete de banheiro. Ar condicionado nao gelava direito e ai da fazia um barulho extremamente desagradável. No dia seguinte pedi para arrumar o quarto e colocar uma rede. Ja que os outros chales tinham e o meu nao. Isso foi pela manhã . Porem a noite quando retornamos nada tinha sido feito e o quarto estava sujo e desarrumado A recepcionista foi quem nos ajudou a noite. Acho que falta uma supervisao e direção adequada. Ficamos muito decepcionados. Pontos positivos foi o cafe da manhã que estava muito gostoso e o restaurante do hotel também era bom

Foi terrível , quarto com a cortina curta que não cobria a janela inteira ficava metade descoberta o que fez com que o sol entrasse nos acordando bem cedo fora que tirou total privacidade na hora de trocar de roupa e fazer qualquer coisa dentro do quarto. Sem internet, Wi-Fi não funcionava dentro do quarto e com isso a TV que só funcionava com internet também não funcionou. Banheiro com lodo e mofo aspecto de sujeira, ligamos pra reclamar e nada foi feito e pararam de nos responder pelo WhatsApp.

Eu gostei muito de passar o final de semana, voltaria novamente mas acho que eles precisam melhorar alguns detalhes. O restaurante do hotel é caro e a comida é péssima! No café da manhã tivemos problemas dois dias seguidos para conseguir tomar um cafezinho e alguns funcionários pareciam perdidos em relação as informações e funcionamento de algumas áreas. Acredito que se melhorarem esses detalhes vai ficar incrível.

Achei que o atendimento caiu um pouco. Nao tinha alcool para acendimento da lareira em pleno periodo de férias, nao conseguimos acender. Nas outras vezes que fui no cafe da manhã tinha opcao de pedir tapioca e torrada petropolis com varios recheios ,dessa vez nao tinha tapioca e as torradas so c parmesao por cima.

A piscina aquecida é excelente, o café da manhã muito bom e o restaurante serve uma comida incrível. Infelizmente, no quesito acomodação, limpeza e serviço, o hotel tem muito a melhorar. O banho era uma tortura, ou a agua ficava quente demais ou gelada, temperar a água era quase impissivel e quando conseguiamos, ficava bom por menos de 30 segundos. Ficamos 2 dias, pedi para trocarem o lixo do banheiri porque estava cheio, a lixeira era muito pequena, nao trocaram, o papel ficou envolta da lixeira criando um ambiente totalmente insalubre! Nojento. A descarga tambem nao funcionava, falei diretamente com alguem que parecia ser o supervisor ou gerente do local, mas nada foi feito, o lixo nao foi trocado e nao resolveram o problema da descarga. O banheiro é bem decadente, o quarto é limpinho e aconchegande, é só manger a porta do banheiro fechada.
