O Hotel é muito bom, cheio de natureza, acordamos ao som dos pássaros. O quarto é bem bonito, acústico e antigo… Porém infelizmente o colchão estava quebrado, e foi prejudicial para as nossas noites de sono. A limpeza foi impecável. Sempre que precisamos, o hotel reouviu nossas toalhas e fez a limpeza diariamente.

O hotel fica em uma boa localização, está bem cuidado. Não tenho nada a queixar da estrutura e do atendimento. Porém a culinária deixou muito a desejar. Café da manhã sempre com as mesmas opções com o básico, Almoço caro e comida fria. No bar da piscina todas as bebidas quentes. Pelo local ok a estadia mas pela comida não indico, porque se você quiser pedir comida além de não disponibilizarem prato etc para comer, pela localização fica muito caro a entrega.

Os colchões estão bem gastos e mesmo trocando de quarto para um superior, o problema persistiu. As camas são King, porém, em um dos quartos que ficamos, o colchão era inteiro mas com caída para o meio da cama, o outro quarto tinham dois colchões juntos que deixavam um buraco no meio da cama . Tivemos problema com uma luz externa que ficava iluminando para dentro da janela do quarto que estava sem blackout, este foi o motivo da troca de quarto.

O hotel é muito bom. Está passando por uma reestilização. Funcionários simpáticos… ressalva: alguns hospedes insistem em fumar em locais coletivos, especialmente na piscina, ao lado de bebês e crianças. O Hotel precisa impor regras quanto a isto, não o hóspede, até porque possui mais de 100.000 metros de área livre para que o fumante não seja tão inconveniente.

A equipe é muito gentil e acolhedora, todos foram muito queridos e atenciosos, ponto alto da estadia! A estrutura do hotel é realmente muito boa e o quarto é bonito e estava bem limpo.
