The walls were not insulated.I could hear the man next door snoring. We could hear them both using the toilet. Our bed was very uncomfortable. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. We checked out a day early.

Maravilhosa!!!!!

A pousada é maravilhosa!!! Estava muito frio, mas providenciaram um aquecedor que fez com que nossa estadia fosse ainda melhor. Funcionários muito atenciosos, um ótimo café da manhã, cama hiper confortável e ainda deixam um café, chá com biscoitos no decorrer do dia. A única observação é que se tiver problemas de mobilidade, e não vier de carro, vai precisar usar o uber, pois tem uma boa subida até a pousada. Mas se não tiver nenhuma limitação, vá porque é maravilhosa e bem pertinho do centro. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

A pousada é aconchegante, com quarto confortável. Equipe da recepção atenciosa. Não recomendo para quem tem dificuldade para subir escadas, pois possui uma grande escadaria. Café da manhã bom. O quarto possui cama confortável, mas poderia ser melhor se não pegasse tanto os barulhos externos. Chuveiro com regulagem de temperatura funcionando bem.

O que eu gostei: A pousada é bonita e bem decorada, com ambientes agradáveis. Pequena, tranquila e intimista. Ótimo atendimento na recepção, com destaque para o Ageu e o Everton, que foram amáveis e solícitos. Ótimo café da manhã. Ficamos no quarto de casal luxo (nº 1), no piso superior. Informaram que é o maior de todos. Não achei tão grande, mas é confortável e tem aquecimento, o que é importante, na serra. Cama grande e banheiro de bom tamanho. Roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Obs: não oferecem touca de banho; se você usa, sugiro que leve. A partir da tarde eles disponibilizam café, chá, bolo e biscoitos, o que é muito simpático e sempre agrada aos hóspedes. =================== O que eu não gostei: 1) Chuveiro: em lugares frios, uma boa ducha quente é fundamental. Mas não tivemos isso. Além de demorar para esquentar, saía muito pouca água e sem pressão alguma. Só melhorava um pouco a vazão quando abríamos a torneira de água fria, mas aí ficava fria demais. Isso foi desagradável. 2) Estacionamento muito pequeno e apertado, ruim para manobrar. Até o portão de entrada é super estreito. São 9 quartos, mas só contamos 7 vagas, sendo 4 em um pequeno pátio, na parte de baixo, e apenas 3, junto à recepção, que fica bem acima do nível da rua. 3) Localização: do início da rua, junto à Avenida Ipiranga, até a pousada, são cerca de 400 metros, só que a maior parte do percurso é de subida. De carro, tudo bem. Mas para circular a pé, não achei bom.

Pousada muito bonita! Lugar silencioso e de fácil acesso. Cama muito confortável, tudo funcionando muito bem no quarto. Staff educado e receptivo. Horário de check in 12:00 faz a diferença. Única sugestão é que melhorem as opções de snacks e bebidas oferecidos no quarto. E experiência foi super agradável.

Decoração admirável

O requinte arquitetônico realmente surpreende. O prédio é muito belo e possui muitos detalhe que proporcionam imagens magníficas. Os funcionários são adoráveis. Minha única observação negativa é sobre o barulho, à noite ficou fazendo um barulho indesejável no teto que não conseguimos identificar o que era, talvez alguma máquina, motor, aparelho etc dando batidas chatas. Na frente da pousada tem um morador que fica assobiando o dia inteiro chamando um pássaro, é irritante. Fora isso, a estadia foi perfeita e eu me hospedaria novamente sem problemas.

Café da manhã excelente. Recepcionistas muito educados. A experiência terrível foi que estávamos hospedados e no sábado de 14h até mais de 22h alugaram a parte que serve o café da manhã e toda a área em comum para uma festa particular sem nos avisar. Voltamos do passeio por volta das 15h e quando chegamos nos deparamos com a festa acontecendo, música alta que não nos possibilitou descansar. Quando sai do quarto uma das convidadas me fez uma pergunta que me constrangeu. Fui até um dos donos reclamar e ele não me deu atenção. Até o recepcionista comentou que achou um absurdo alugar a pousada com hóspedes lá. A festa não foi programada de um dia para o outro. Fiz minha reserva na terça para chegar na quinta. Ou seja, os donos sabiam da festa e mesmo assim aceitaram reserva. Quando pago minha estadia é para usar a área em comum da pousada também. Nesse dia foi impossível, além do incômodo da música alta, várias mulheres bêbadas dançando ao som de músicas com letras de cunho sexual. Além disso, a piscina estava interditada e no anúncio da pousada não falava isso. Tinha possibilidade de me hospedar em outras pousadas bem mais perto do centro e só não dos a reserva nesses lugares porque queria usar a piscina. Em resumo, apesar de alguns pontos positivos a experiência foi terrível. Não recomendo a pousada, ainda mais com o tratamento que um dos donos deu a situação constrangedora que passei. Não volto e não indico para ninguém.
