"For the price this hotel is definitely 5 stars. Clean, upgraded, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind—especially Stacy. The continental breakfast was amazing. The hot food was different on the two mornings we ate. The omelette the first day was delicious! My only small complaint was that the sliding door to the bathroom didn’t slide well and was noisy, which was hard when we had our boys asleep in the room and we were trying to block out the light from the bathroom while we showered or got ready for bed. But overall highly recommend this location."

"Parking in multi-storey car park was easy to navigate. Check in/out was friendly and efficient - staff went out of their was to help. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Location was fantastic and would stay here again. "

"I loved this beautiful hotel! It’s right across from the Capitol building and is quiet at night. Rooms are spacious with nice bathroom soaps and amenities like Starbucks coffee. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I would stay here again the next time I visit Providence."
