"5/5 – Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn! I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Fan. Fan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests the way she does. Her attentiveness and positive energy really stood out and made a huge difference in my overall experience.
