"Nice resort"

"The entire staff was very kind and we loved their hospitality. Beds are super comfy and the poolside room was perfect. The hotel location is great being only a few blocks from the beach and the new Terminal 21 mall across the street. "

"The hotel is nice but older, and the breakfast isnt anything good, but its peaceful except for the occasional other guests. and it has a massage spa in the hotel which is nice. "

"Not far from beach and taxi/bus service."

"Was close to everything and is a home away from home"

"Love this place"

"I loved my stay at Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel!"

"This is a great hotel with residence style rooms. "

"Great pool area and bar."

"Like this place...only some problems with WiFi"

"Not nice at all. Run down facilities. Wasn’t given the room category I paid for on check in, then put on a floor where rennovation was going on, with almost all other rooms on that floor being renovated, feeling like staying on a construction site. Then finally given a room on the ground floor. Aircon noisy as hell and when there was no water for the shower or toilet, I left this really bad place"

"Internet in the area was very poor. Stay there for 3 days and had no internet connections. Daily service cleaning. Facility look new outside but not inside. It’s an old building. "

"Staff were very tentative and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Prima Wongamat!"
