She had no personality, no eye contact when speaking to us, no thanks after bill was paid. It was obvious she did not want to be there and was not appreciative of any customer. We never complain of the prices when we are treated like a valued customer."

If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade"

Some that have been remodeled some that have not. You definitely gonna want a room that’s been remodeled. It’s worth an extra five dollars or whatever it is they’re charging.
