Great food and friendly staff

We had one of the suites so at £445 per night our expectations were high. The room was fantastic re the interior design, wifi. Bath and shower were amazing. same old story in these hotels is that 2 coffees + 2 muffins = $30, so we never bothered eating breakfast. It is not unusual and I travel extensively and it is the same the world over.

We booked the Hermosa for a chill out 2 days before our flight home. We were not disappointed. The room was well appointed and had all we needed. Lovely secluded veranda area from which to watch the humming birds, rabbits and quail over a morning coffee and pastry. The gardens are particularly pleasant, full of cactus and flowers and lots of statues by a local artist. The bar had a nice relaxing feel prior to dinner. The meal was brilliant. Lovely hotel in a wonderful location on looking camelback mountain. Lots to do nearby including phoenix amazing botanical garden and Taliesin West. Really nice fresh fruit for breakfast and surprisingly reasonable on resort dining.

Definitely the best choice for Scottsdale with excellent facilities and beautiful grounds. Downtown Scottsdale, with a great choice of shopping and dining options, is only a 5 minute bus ride away

Clean, well appointed hotel

Hotel is fantastic, plenty of facilities in the way of food and drink. Pools are exceptional and lots of sunbeds available. Staff are polite and willing to help in anyway they can. We had a room with a balcony on the 13th floor which was amazing, views to die for. You need to stay at this hotel. Complete value for money.

Staff very welcoming at check in after very long day travelling and gave us water and candy. Room very large and comfortable. Stacey at front desk was very helpful and Maria from housekeeping was excellent and both deserve an extra thank you. Pool area was lovely and parking was no issue. Breakfast was very good and varied daily. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Excellent free shuttle service from the airport. From ringing the hotel to order the shuttle to sitting in our hotel room was less than 30 minutes. Very good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. The swimming pool (whilst not the biggest) was great, clean and well maintained. Free coffee in the lobby. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Highly recommended

My son and I were blown away with how kibd, thoughtful & attentive all of the staff were at Drury's . Everyone went above and beyond in ensuring each aspect of our stay was fulfilling. Food, service and cleanliness was superior to most other hotels that either of us have experienced. An outstanding stay.
