"Photos of the hotel were very misleading, room was sub par at best and the property was very run down. Also very loud at night between paper thin walls, rowdy guests and traffic.The best part was that it was walking distance to shopping and food. Definitely better places to stay that cost less. "

"This is a tough review for me. On the one hand, I thought I knew what I was getting into. I knew it was going to be loud...didn't quite understand HOW loud. You do not want a room near the elevators...that's for sure...if you plan to sleep at all, which people who stay here are not doing during normal sleep hours. On the other, I was disappointed by the inconsistencies, particularly in terms of room cleaning and restocking. We were allowed in our room early and told it was ready AND given a high floor at no extra change, so I am both grateful and conflicted when I say that the room was prepared but not clean and not restocked. The dining table had gunk on it and there were literally no paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen...so we had to use a poor white hotel hand towel to clean up a coffee spill. I felt terrible but had no choice at the time. (Yes, a mad search for anything else to use did take place.) The pool was fabulous. The app doesn't work that great, especially if you're trying to order food or checkout. I don't know...for the price/value/location, it was good. "

"Upon arrival the staff was helpful but the wait was til 4pm The Rooms were clean however I got sent a link to put my credit card on file & was charged a day prior for the whole amount of $440 dollars for one night, they had an early $90 fee check in option but that’s ridiculous to nickel & dime people especially people who may become potential prospects. I’m a content creator and wasn’t told I couldn’t film due to staff saying the pool area is restricted on day one when I had my camera around my neck the security guard told me no recording when I did not record and respectfully adhered to the policy and procedures to professional filmmaking, which was unfortunate because paying customers should be able to make videos etc if they are paying a premium price to stay at your establishment. So going forward I won’t go back due to staff not communicating effectively as English wasn’t a language they knew proficiently. I understand rules are the rules but as long as it doesn’t reflect in a negative way or cast a shadow of a doubt some things are not warranted when people are paying a premium price tag for the service. Thank you but no thank you! "

"It took forever to get hot water for a shower. The bathroom shower leeked on to the floor and never drained properly. We had a great view of the street and the museum. It is close to restaurants if you don’t mind the walk. "
