"Room was wore out not very clean way to much noise late night disrespectful guests. Tv didn't work all the time i needed it. Keys reprogrammed had to walk all the way to front desk to get in. Only got 3 hours of sleep 1st night with arguments and loud music outside my window. Cold coffee and no cream 2nd day, workers didn't show up. Would like refund! "

"worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered. Misleading information between staff caused great The customer is put in the middle without regard to circumstances. Needless to say, I will no longer be using this hotel in the future. Due to extreme weather conditions and tornadoes in Michigan, flights were canceled and travel plans had to be adjusted. They were inflexible and charged me for one night when it wasn’t used. Hotels.com made the original reservation and reached out to the administrative staff at the Kingsley Inn, who still stood firm and did not offer a room credit for a future use. I was not looking for my money back. I was simply trying to rebook the room in the future. I’m sure that there are other hotels that would appreciate my business."

"Room was super clean! Place was super quiet. Water pressure and warm water was real nice. Breakfast was meh BUT normal breakfast guy called off apparently so just bad timing but Id stay again in a heartbeat! "

"I booked the hotel room in my name with this hotels com account and when I went to check in the hotel night clerk at the desk told me that I was on a can not check in list. I did not get to get a key or enter into a room that I had paid for in my name. I spent over 70 of the last 100 I had available to book this room and it was supposed to get refunded to my bank account but has not yet been deposited. Please let me know what list they are talking about? If specifically just a problem list at travel lodge Madison heights. Or am I not part of allowed guests at Baymont? I had a room there I never got an accurate message why I couldn't any longer stay there "

"I’m a Sailor for the Navy and had Duty in Selfridge Air National Guard base . The lobby was clean but when you got to the stairs there was dirt on the stairs . But more importantly I stayed one night , and got bit by Bed Bugs on my arms, legs, and back , had to go to Urgent Care to get a steroid shot , and after the doctor at the Urgent Care told me to report the incident to the Michigan Board of Health . Which I’m going to do . La Quinta wouldn’t give me another room because they told me that the hotel was full. I only stayed two night the first night I got bit , the second I asked for another room but they told me that didn’t have any, So the second night I stayed in my room with my clothes on in the bathroom . I asked for a refund showing my bug bits but didn’t get none and had to pay for two nights . I asked for assistance but the desk wouldn’t help me or refund my money . Don’t go here unless you want to go to the hospital or urgent care the next day ! "

"The only flaw was that it was a lot of birthday parties with a bunch of kids. But other than that my stay was great"
