"When i moved one of the tables a little a used crack pipe was on the floor. Around the hot tub there were metal strings of some sort. All the desk amd table surfaces were dirty amd every light switch had filth on it. "

"The indoor pool was quite small and had no additional space with the group of kids already in. The room had a leaky draft underneath the AC/heater. Our room was on the first floor and faced the backside entrance to a large store where trucks were unloading early in the am. There was also a broken lamp on the table. Shower and bed were great. Very quiet area. "

"The room was nice and it was great to have a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet area. We look forward to visiting again. "

"The water in both the showers and the spa area(hot tub) don't get hot. The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon. There was no remote to the tv and so it wouldn't turn on. The heater in the room did not really heat the room, even at the highest settings. While in the (not hot)hot tub, me and my partner were bothered by the worker whom worked the cashier and greeted people. She walked around like a patrol officer and had the audacity to call my partner to the door to "mind the children" as if we were being inappropriate, on our vacation, which we paid for, by being close to each other's face. I felt so disrespected and annoyed. The only genuinely positive thing was the coffee bar in the morning after checkout. "

"I arrived on an evening with storms and heavy fog. The front desk clerk was mildly friendly and provided almost no detail upon check in. Like that the cable had been knocked out and my TV didn't work. She advised I just unplug to reset. That didn't work. I could never connect to secure wifi service and the staff was not helpful with this. My shower door would not stay closed. Even with a washcloth jammed in there- I gave up. The room guide was missing. As a property, I was so disappointed to find no restaurants nearby. I won't be staying at this property again."
