"We travel a lot. This stay and hotel checked all the boxes. The room was very clean and quiet. We enjoy relaxing in a clean and heated pool and hot tub and the Hampton did not disappoint. A real breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. We’re already planning on returning."

"No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. We got only 2 free coffees for this big inconvenience. Upon checking out, the kind staff member did give us 1/2 off our last night which was appreciated. Front desk staff always friendly but have stayed in this hotel a few times and overall feel feels out of date and kind of dreary each time. Probably won’t stay here again. "

"The room was clean, staff were helpful. The lobby and pool area were not well kept. The pool area was especially unclean. Lots of things floating in the water, trash on the ground, etc."
