"What a great place to stay! I was on a road trip, that had to be extended, and this was far better stay than the Hyatt Regency we originally stayed at and much more affordable! This place is clean, the staff was great and everything is well maintained "

"The hotel was noisy and chaotic. There were kids running up and down the halls and people talking in the halls until 4:30 in the morning. The staff did nothing to correct the situation."

"Check in is at 3pm I was able to get one of the 4 suites I reserved and paid for in March. I was not able to check into the other rooms until after 7. They only had 1 more suite they did however switch my room to regular rooms but wanted me to pay the difference, then told me it was free and when I checked out this morning the gentleman told me 2 of my rooms were not paid for. The elevator was closed in the morning because it was covered in blood it did re-open before check out. The doors had cracks in them. You have to take out your own trash. "
