The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

Modern ,ultra clean,very helpful staff. Walking distance to Botanical Gardens and Orchard Road Transit Station. Very varied and plentiful breakfast choice

Hotel conveniently situated about 25 minutes from airport by taxi for about 20 Singaporean Dollars though can get there by bus in Orchard Road or by MRT. Hotel in side street just off Orchard Road and was quiet. Room was clean, and well provided with Safe, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bed comfortable. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Stayed at the Royal Plaza at Scott’s for a weekend whilst visiting family. Hotel is in a great spot just off Orchard Road, close to a MRT stop and there are a number of bus stops very close so the Singapore bus service, which is great, can be used also. The staff I interacted with were very helpful.

Breakfast was great. Hotel is well located. Room was wonderful.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Voco Orchard. If I could give 11/10, I would. The location is superb for exploring various sites around SG, and for meeting up with relatives. It’s so close to the MRT station, and various shopping malls ( food courts) like Ion, Wisma, and Takashimaya. The hotel is so clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great-there was a variety of continental food options. Location was great-near Somerset MRT station. Very convenient! There were a lot of malls, shopping centres and plazas nearby. The rooms were clean with all the amenities that you needed-you could ask for more amenities and they would be happy to give it to you without any charge. There was an Indian restaurant and a tandoor downstairs which was perfect for when you don’t understand what you want to eat outside.

Amazing place to stay especially if you are a solo traveller like me. The hotel was very safe and in the centre of everything. Easy access to all the amazing malls if you enjoy shopping, amazing public transport on the train and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I could not fault them. Room cleaned every day, amazing air condition and the meals in the hotel was amazing but expensive. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel and reasonable prices. First time in Singapore as a solo traveller...

We had 4 days at this hotel . The staff and service was excellent . The location was brilliant on orchard rd . Close to shops mrt and buses to get to all we wanted to see . If I visit Singapore again I would definitely use this hotel .

First time to Singapore so wasn’t sure about location, luckily the metro is a 4/5 min walk. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Lovely bar downstairs and a grocery store on the bottom floor.

D hotel is just 5 mins walk to d city/shopping centre.BRILLIANT!!. breakfast food has so many variety.. d room is always been cleaned everytime we come back from outside.. and d hotel itself is great and clean..
