"Good hotel but a little dated. There are very few places to store luggage and only one luggage rack. there is no drawer space and little hanging room meaning that you are living out of your suitcase. The location is second to none with easy access to the MRT."

"The female counter staff on my first day check in at 3.30pm on 1 May 2026 never mentioned to me whether my booking contained breakfast or whether wanted to add in breakfast. My understanding was there was 1 breakfast for 1 customer and second customer needed to pay extra $5. Anyway, I have my breakfast in nearby restaurant. In addition, I asked for high floor as my room was deluxe plus. The staff assigned 13 floor but facing construction site. She should have told me. Very disappointed as compared to their Bras Basah hotel staff who were approachable when I have my staycation there."
