"I enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Carlton hotel. My room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, nice decor. The Carlton Hotel is in an excellent location opposite the famous Raffles Hotel. It is close to Raffles City shopping centre, City Hall MRT, streets of small shops, underground arcade that leads to Suntec City. All the staff at the Carlton Hotel were excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly."

Nice view from the pool. Staff were friendly and efficient. Though they messed up during check-in and forgot to request for my signature, so I had to go back to do that."
