"Amazing! Staff were fantastic and accommodating, everything was beautiful, and we got a room with a CN Tower and lake view. Overall, best hotel I have ever stayed at - food was incredible, rooftop pool was incredible, experience was incredible, probably had the best sleep of my life. Cannot reccommend enough!"

"Hotel is very clean, even the washrooms. I liked the fact that the reception let me know at check-in, that the view from my room was poor and if needed they can assign a room with a better view. Also they offer a free storage while waiting for check i, so you can wander around. It's unfortunate that the Woodbine mall is "dying"."

"We loved this hotel from the 180 view of downtown and lake to the friendly staff, quiet comfortable room and bed, the text reminders about service and the location cant be beat. 5 minutes union station walking. A beautiful building itself surrounded by magnificent architecture. We had an amazing experience."

"Beautiful room, photographs in the room ‘listing’ was exactly the room we walked into. With a spacious, and very very comfortable, king size bed with TO DIE FOR perfect pillows. Staff were all super friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here if you’re doing ANYTHING near the heart of ‘old’ Toronto or even just downtown Toronto. "
