"The rooms are very small, like you can’t turnaround in the bathroom. If you have a 38” or greater waist forget about getting to the toilet comfortably. The room has very little storage, definitely not enough for two adults. Overall the staff was great. Every staff member I encountered was great, friendly, and welcoming. However, due to the size of the room, along with the lack of storage I am not sure I see myself returning. If you are solo, it’s probably fine but with some, absolutely not."

"Our stay in the renovated room was satisfactory. The room was clean, semi comfortable and did not smell. While the room is a little snug, one can manage. The downsides that stood out to us were the following: The air unit makes a dripping sound in the middle of the night, which can be annoying if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom does not exhaust well at all, so the steam sweats off the walls and every other surface. The shower design doesnt keep the water in the shower, instead it runs all over the bathroom floor, soaking every thing in its path. The bathroom sink is impractical to use, it gets water every where. The room door requires you to pull the door closed forcefully creating a loud noise. The bed is not long enough for taller people. "

"Booked the single room with no window. The room was obviously small, but was spotlessly clean, had everything you needed and the air conditioning worked. The shower room was also a decent size. The staff were very attentive and welcoming."

"Convenient place to stay, Kensington Gardens across the road. 8 minute walk from Queensway tube station (Central Line) 12 minute walk from Paddington. Shops and cafes nearby. clean room good shower. No reception, but quick response to email/messaging services. Free luggage storage lockers are available. Note: not explained in booking - if booking through a third party, e.g. Expedia, door release code is not given until payment has gone through. This is normally on the morning of the booking rather than 24 hour before as shown."

"We were told that we had a deluxe room. I don't know what was deluxe about it. It was very small, but otherwise pretty standard. Although there was a safe in the wardrobe, laughably it was not bolted down. None of the sockets had USB for charging phones etc."
