"It was horrible! Don't trust the online pics or the list of amenities they supposedly have. Cabins are the worst, we rented 5 in our group for a family reunion & all were horrible. We all ended up staying at a ranch half hour away & losing our paid reservation but they really could care less!The getaway cabin which was supposed to be nice, had sewer problems & the smell was gaging! They will tell you its the well water to just run hot water & not only does this not work, you end up with cold...

I loved this resort I was so sad to leave the staff in Henrietta’s made us feel so welcome - I would give 5 stars but we did have an issue around the pool - one day the adult pool was closed due to a ticketed party - if we had noticed we would have changed our plans and gone out for the day - the other day we had an issue where staff advised we had to take the umbrella down due to the wind - which was fine however the sun was so strong - my husband has a heart condition so needs to be in shade...
