Multiple shortcomings on basics: e.g., hot water in early AM barely lukewarm for shower before Uber pickup; HVAC unit not only noisy but rattled so much that it shook the headboard of the nearby bed (no kidding: the headboard shook when cooling kicked in); big hole in drywall behind main door had been patched but never painted. Etc. It shouldn't be hard to do better. Passed on the pre-packaged breakfast spread for a nearby First Watch."

"The property is 35-40 years outdated. The carpet was scary, I told the kids to leave their shoes on. The door opens to an outside courtyard that can be accessed by anyone, no keycard needed. Not as big of an issue if the room door closed and would latch. The strike plate was hanging off and the door wouldn’t close without a hefty push. And even then it could be pushed open from the outside. Seemed to be a common issue as I noticed multiple doors ajar. When I mentioned this to management they said they would send someone by…no one came. So if security is important to you DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. "

"Everything was clean and inviting. Staff was kind and very accommodating. Check-in was quick and trouble free. The instructions on the blue card needs to be updated especially about how to login to wi-fi, as thete was no access code to input. Have to say it was strange having to leave a room key in the slot on the wall to have power. We assumed that was to save energy by not having lights on whenever you leave the room. Breakfast had great variety and offerings. Coffee was EXCELLENT and creamers were good. Overall we would definitely stay here again if the need arises!"
