"ur stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa had both positive and concerning aspects. The exterior of the property is visually appealing and well-maintained, and our three-bedroom suite matched the online photos in terms of layout and space. However, there were several maintenance issues that impacted our experience. One of the bedrooms had visible mold on the wall, which triggered my son’s asthma and raised serious health concerns. Additionally, the bathroom sinks drained very slowly, and the dishwasher contained standing water, so we avoided using it. We also found the game room disappointing, as there was no attendant present and several machines were outdated with glitching screens. We paid to play air hockey but never received a puck, resulting in a loss of money. On a positive note, the on-site convenience store was useful for picking up small toiletries and basic kitchen items. While the property may offer good value for the price, I would caution guests with respiratory sensitivities due to the mold issue, and hope management improves maintenance and overall upkeep."

"Cabana Bay is a great choice for a value resort. Theming was the perfect vibe. We loved that you could walk easily to the main parks and city walk. Food was typical for a place like this, but the staff were outstanding, especially at check in and the pool bars. We loved the larger room option and room amenities. "
