We stayed at Ocean Villa during our stay in Da Nang. Lily looked after us and was very helpful. She was friendly and always acted promptly. Lisa, I believe was Lily’s manager. She was helpful too although we never got to meet her.

The villa is absolutely wonderful, so spacious and comfortable, airy and bright. The pool has a lovely view but it was missing dozens of tiles which was quite unpleasant for a 5 stars hotel. We were lucky to not have neighbours as you basically leave with them when they are also in their pool so not quite at all. As we didn't have any it was wonderfully quiet but we were lucky. The resort was in a great location between Da Nang City and Hoi An and super easy to get taxis between. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel, which has lots and lots of choice, and also food and drinks at the pool bar on a few occasions - the pool has an amazing view over the ocean. Colleagues at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. Clean spacious welcoming.. staff very friendly. Young girl called Thuong was very very helpful. Had some great conversations she was so pleased we spoke as she felt it helped with her English. Would very much recommend the hotel

The property is beautiful and very well kept. The room was very clean. The staff was professional, very polite and super kind. I would definately recomand the Koi resort and residence.

Lovely clean hotel opposite the beach. A little out of main hotel strip at My Khe/Da Nang. With heat useful to get Grabs to restaurants although the food in the hotel was excellent

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saga Hotel in Hoi An, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. I didn't know what to expect when I booked as I usually stick to brands I know. This hotel is incredible, the service, the rooms, food and most special are all the staff. This hotel needs a 10 star option Very convenient location for all the shops and the lake with lantern boats all walking distance.

Wow! We had the most amazing stay at Rêu. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Hoi An Old Town. Nestled amongst the rice fields, with gorgeous interiors and a stunning pool, it ticked every box for a calm, relaxing holiday. We had a truly fantastic time at Little Riverside. The hotel is brilliantly situated for the town and a stroll along the river. The staff are excellent, they are always friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely little gem of a hotel.
