"There was a sewage smell on the 2nd floor in the hallway. This was not our floor but we smelled it walking through once."

"Visited Hampton Beach while traveling to Maine. We found this to be an adorable hotel right by the beach. We had some issues late at night, but the night desk clerk was able to assist us right away with a new room right next door. The parking situation with pre registration was confusing but the lovely desk attendants walked me through it and things were cleared up. Local shops and great restaurants were all within a quick walk. Very convenient. We will definitely be back. "

"This is a small and nice hotel. Hotel is a part of college administrative compound. The area around is beautiful and safe. You can self-park for free. The rooms are on a smaller size. The ones with a king size bed still have just one chair. There is no night light. If you keep light up in the bathroom then it is reflected by the mirror on the wall directly towards the bed. Overall good value for money."

It was very worn but clean and super quiet. We would stay again when in area. Staff was very nice and even located us to return a dropped credit card and deliver extra towels."

"The Cove has clean, spacious and beautifully updated rooms. All the amenities that you need with luxurious soaps and shampoos (need to find these). The grounds are stunning with several propane fire pits, BBQ’s and chairs. Music playing softly outside. We had drinks around the fire pit and coffee and breakfast the next morning. Staff are wonderful, it’s a little gem. Would recommend and will definitely stay there again, will try a theme room the next time. Thank you for making our stay a...
