The folks at the front desk were lovely and, when I was lost trying to find parking, the young lady on the phone made me feel at ease, gave perfect guidance and even rooted me on by saying "you can do this!" And I can't forget the concierge who sent me to the perfect Mexican eatery (15 minutes walk) when I asked for something yummy and inexpensive for my son and I. We were there for 2 nights while we visited local colleges and it was the perfect, centrally located spot!"
