"Second time staying at this property and it is kept in my favorites so whenever I am in Connecticut to visit my daughter at SHU. Staff is friendly and I have had no issues."

"The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The hot breakfast was a nice option, but when you have to leave by 730am it's not so convenient because it doesn't even open until 630. Coffee isn't available until 630am so if you are up before that, it's not available. The beds aren't soft so if you like a very firm bed, you'll sleep well. Wi-fi is a must because you will have cell service but your data won't work well so expect to pay additional if you want to use cell phone for video calls, social media or other internet usage. Smart tvs so you can log into Netflix or other, so again, it's a plus. Overall, I'd book here again, just expect to pay an additional $30 on top of room rate. "

Our desired king room was not ready at 5 pm but Kendra immediately offered us to wait in their VIP lounge which was stocked with light refreshments. Room was ready within 30.” Easy self parking and refrig in room appreciated. Room was spotless bed and pillows perfect and nice hot shower. "
