"We recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel UMass in advance of an accepted students visit on campus. The communications we received from the hotel before our arrival were clear so we knew how to find the garage to know where to park. Hotel check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I loved the UMass themed decor on the beds. After a good night's sleep, we saw a beautiful view of campus outside our window. Breakfast was included and available in the lobby....

"We wanted a quick get away..We chose this hotel for the pool, rate, and breakfast a mini 1 night vacation because we have a newborn and wanted a night away..breakfast lady was nice but stuff was cold at 6:30 ...and all 3 of us had stomach issues after eating..and to top off NO POOL...$100 kept for incidentals still not back on our card...no soap at sink..and we had diapers to change...the little things matter..prob. wont stay again..disappointed."

"Beautiful historic building but updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. Staff is extremely helpful. Restaurant has delicious food and many seating options, including outdoor (with fire pits when chilly), bar and tables. Rooms are not large but very comfortable, and ours had a working gas fireplace. We had a corner room so a nice view of the inn’s patio and gardens. We will definitely stay there again! "
