"We wanted a quick get away..We chose this hotel for the pool, rate, and breakfast a mini 1 night vacation because we have a newborn and wanted a night away..breakfast lady was nice but stuff was cold at 6:30 ...and all 3 of us had stomach issues after eating..and to top off NO POOL...$100 kept for incidentals still not back on our card...no soap at sink..and we had diapers to change...the little things matter..prob. wont stay again..disappointed."

"We recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel UMass in advance of an accepted students visit on campus. The communications we received from the hotel before our arrival were clear so we knew how to find the garage to know where to park. Hotel check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I loved the UMass themed decor on the beds. After a good night's sleep, we saw a beautiful view of campus outside our window. Breakfast was included and available in the lobby....

"When I booked to stay in this place I was not expecting a 5stars hotel taking in consideration the price. All depends on what you are used with. I went to the Big E festival and I just needed a bed to sleep in and all the hotels were booked or extremely expensive so I decided just to try this place. Mistake… if you are a clean person don’t go there, entrance filthy, carpets dirty, room not vacuumed, sheets dirty( to me it seemed that was not changed from previous clients). Convenient location, a friendly and welcoming team of staff, a complimentary breakfast (with some healthy options available) served every morning, a swimming pool, and plenty of space, both in the guest rooms as well as in the common areas of the lobby.
