"Located in the heart of UMass Amherst campus, the convenience to the college is unsurpassed. The staff welcomed us, accommodated all our requests, was friendly and genuine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. A++++ one of the friendliest and comfortable places I’ve stayed in a while."

Pool could be larger but wonderful to have access to one - plus the jacuzzi - and attractive indoor/outdoor lounge areas and fitness area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were outstanding. Staff was friendly, maintenance staff, don’t know his name was kind and helped us with our door. For some reason our key card didn’t work. I had to go to front desk to get new cards. I don’t know if it’s the lock on the door, but it takes three tries to get in. "

"Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area. "
