This hotel is truly home away from home! The lobby provides drinks and snacks 24/7 for free! The lobby is comfy and homey. The room is clean. Earning a clean mark from me who is extremely picky in the cleaning is quite remarkable! Will stay every time I visit Smith!

Excellent staff: knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only shortcomings we encountered was the bathroom's lack of a rubber bathmat or safety bars (bathtub floor is quite slippery and dangerous) and an exhaust fan switch. We were told that those issues are to be addressed shortly.

Nice modern decor. Liked having a fridge and easy access to car. Lots of choice for breakfast and cookies and coffee available throughout day. Flashing bright light from smoke alarm was annoying in room at night along with sound of people walking around above us.

Perfect for our visit to Smith - just a few blocks away. Room was spotless & bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. My daughter loved the hygiene products in the bathroom; I would purchase them for our home if i could remember what they were! Breakfast was better than the average continental with croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, & a variety of coffee options with dairy alternatives. We were on the first level so our door was exterior, but the area is well lit, parking was right outside the door, and we felt very safe. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after check-in hours but communication with the office was friendly & welcoming, and they provided us with detailed self check-in instructions. Our interactions with them the next day confirmed their friendly demeanor. The free homemade cookies at the front desk when we checked out were delicious. We wished we could have stayed a second night! Will definitely return if we are in town again. Highly recommend!

This is a good, but not exceptional, property. Entry was by an outside door. Rooms are spartan, bathroom is small, starkly decorated and floors are not carpeted. The cold breakfast was quite good.
