"The place was very clean and more than expected as it came with a kitchenette. They are in the middle of renovations, so some of the areas were under construction, which we understood. Also the streaming on the tv kept cutting out. Overall we were pleased, bed super comfortable, though I ordered king and got a queen size."

"Excellent place to stay in Amherst, whether or not you’re visiting the university. Good food choices just an elevator ride away, plus many other choices at the other UMASS dining options. The breakfast is Continental plus waffles, and it features and non-gluten choices. The pastries are cut above what you expect from most hotels."

"Nice breakfast every morning and Wednesday happy hours. Water pressure is very bad on the 2nd floor. Had to change rooms. Water pressure a little better on the 4th floor but it could be better. Convenient location. Also recommend 4th floor because of noises from above floors when staying in lower level rooms. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Had a little scare with someone (with possible mental disability) hanging out in the laundry room who wasn’t doing laundry (wondered if they were even staying there)."

"Absolutely the worst night ever. I stayed to get rest the night before an important meeting and not at all good. First Place once u get off elevator is filthy, wallpaper peeling and Ac actually had moldy dust. Hair eminent in shower !! Sound proof rooms !!! No way. Young women room in next room was conducting business all night and across way screaming young child. No lock on slider door. I was moved at 1 am to a nicer room due to noise of women conducting business to 3rd floor was perfect…. Didn’t seem like same hotel…. But breakfast starts at 6 am went down at 6:40 was gone fresh fruit was a few oranges and NO Coffee!! Have video heading over to corporate!!! Day manager women in white suit had NO idea what happened during night and said she would need to look at rooms even though I showed video proof. Overall worst experience and low low low quality hotel. Not worthy if 1 star should be evaluated by board of health…"
