"The Ellery has been our first choice when visiting our daughter at Smith. It’s convenient to downtown and on every visit has been well maintained. It has the consistency of a chain hotel but with the personal touches of a boutique hotel."

"Parking was easy and it has great access from the highway and it’s close to shops and restaurants. Room was tidy, but there were some small issues. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again. Good value if you don’t want to spend a lot to stay in the Springfield area. "

"Was the best laid out handicap room we have ever stayed in. We are often looking for a two queen room with a roll-in shower and are only offered a king room. This room had ample room for our daughter’s power wheelchair and the travel chair we use in the room. The shower was wide enough for her to feel safe in, and the bathroom had plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. The best thing was the rolling desk/table. We had room to put it between the two beds to use as a nightstand where she could charge and reach her phone."
