When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that the restaurant was closed for the day which was disappointing because I had an 7pm reservation. When we got to the room we noticed the toilet water was brown and so was the water from the sink (I took pictures and video of it). Now I understood why the restaurant was closed but was upset that we weren't told about the water issues the hotel was having. We couldn't shower, shave, brush our teeth or wash our hands because of this. I was in shock that this was happening.

Our booking thru Expedia said city view sleeps 4. We did not have a city view and the room did not sleep 4. It turns out we had a plumbing problem in the room and had to switch rooms. The second room had a city view and slept 4 which is what we should have had in the first place. Also in the second room the heating and ac unit was extremely loud. The overall stay was good but the hotel is very dated. Thank you
