we had a lovely time. great central location to all neighborhoods we wanted to spend time in, and quiet enough to get a good nights rest. the beds are soooo comfy!!! staff is amazing, and tom the general manager was very kind. we come to nyc twice a year to visit our family and this will be our go to hotel from now on!

I liked the location because I was able to walk to some restaurants. I didn't like the bar/restaurant, the prices were outrageous, unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I ordered a drink (double-shot), and what I thought were French fries, and got a bill for $54!!! I also didn't like going to the basement for ice and the vending machines.

The room was very clean. Bed firm but comfy. Very Nice pillows. Shower water well heated. Our room on 2nd floor had generators outside the window (so no view) but the windows kept the sound to a gentle hum. This was actually better than street noise. Coffee & tea in lobby both excellent. Compliments on the selection of Bigelow English Breakfast tea!!
