Difficult to find fault with the hotel or the staff. Very clean and our room on the first floor was quiet and superbly furnished. Despite arriving late in the evening due to a flight delay our check in was quick and informative. Food in the Sans Souci was very good and again all of the restaurant staff were attentive and extremely helpful - we ate in the restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal.

Things I loved: - The staff were all wonderful and helpful, both on the hotel reception and in Chez Bernard. - The shower had excellent pressure and temperature - The bed was very comfortable. We were delighted with our choice of the Seventh Heaven Apartment and give it our highest recommendation for any holiday in Vienna. the staff and organization. it was brilliant! Especially Mr. Roller the owner of Hotel Kugel was so helpful to give us recommendations what we really shouldn't miss in Vienna. And we were really pleasantly surprised when we found a bottle of champagne and chocolate in our room for tour anniversary. The rooms are super cute - Laura Ashley style. Our stay at Hotel Josefine was great from start to finish. The hotel has a unique, curated atmosphere, with thoughtful details throughout. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They had thrown in a personal touch for our stay because we mentioned we had recently gotten married. Everything was spotless, and the location was very convenient, close to the Tube. A truly special hotel that we would highly recommend for a memorable stay in Vienna!

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.
