Beautifully decorated and very well equipped apartment. Plentiful information from the owner regarding the history of the building and what to do in Vienna. Five minutes walk from the inner city and tourist are. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Great home in central Vienna

Vey nice apartment in the center of Vienna. We stayed her for four days. The apartments are in walking distance to everything and make it easy to feel at home. Everything was in good condition and the unit was well equipped and very spacious. Annika took good care of us and we would love to stay there again!

It was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Annika, who welcomed us, was very helpful and friendly. She provided us with detailed information. The room had almost everything, a very detailed city guide and even a playstation 5 to play games! The room was clean and comfortable.

6 stars! Our stay was amazing in the 'Mozart' unit in the historic 7th Heaven apartments. Our host, Jakob, was exceptionally attentive and very friendly, welcomed us, and always responded quickly. The units are all custom designed and thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and antique furniture. We had all the amenities we could wish for and the unit was very comfortable. The apartments are just a few minutes away from the museum district and the Hofburg, so all the main cultural attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. There is plenty of excellent dining options in the area, and the unit comes with a massive booklet full of recommendations (and the history of the building!), so you will never run out of options to choose from. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

The hosts (Clemens and Annika) provided great communication and very helpful. Offered completed information regarding the apartment and Vienna. We stayed in the Apartment Sissi, it was very comfortable and offered anything you would need. Close and walkable to restaurants, groceries, museums, and historic sights. It was a great four night stay.

Convenient, comfortable, well-appointed apartment!

We spent a week in Vienna to see the sights and the Christmas markets. This apartment was fabulous! It had every amenity that we could want — full kitchen with tea and coffee, washer and dryer, great shower, and large beds. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and so close to the Volkstheater underground station — very convenient! An added bonus was the Spittelberg Christmas market around the corner. The proprietors were kind and always accessible for anything we needed, and provided a huge binder for recommended sights and restaurants, as well as instructions for all of the appliances. We’ve been to Vienna before, but this is the first time we stayed at 7th Heaven. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful short stay. The check in was a bit confusing. The communication was quick, but just not clear. There was a person in the building that had to help us out. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. They do have a drying rack.

Hohe Räume, Stuck an der Decke, echte Gemälde an der Wand und ein lässiger Chesterfiield Sessel im Turmzimmer. Tolle Wohnung im 7. Bezirk mit allem was man braucht bis hin zum erste Hilfe Equipment... und falls tatsächlich was fehlen sollte gibt’s eine Handynummer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We were delighted with our choice of the Seventh Heaven Apartment and give it our highest recommendation for any holiday in Vienna. Our flat 'Sissi' on the third floor was extremely spacious and comfortable, scrupulously clean and fitted out with everything you could possibly need whatever the length of your stay. The building itself is quiet and peaceful. We were there in August and despite very hot temperatures outside, we found that the apartment was easy to keep cool with the air conditioning unit and fan provided. Our contact Clemens (a fluent English speaker) was very friendly and welcoming and always available to deal with any problems you might have. We had no difficulties and found the flat very easy to run. The flat is in a fantastic location with everything you will need on your doorstep. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars and a well-stocked Spar supermarket within a few minutes walk. Public transport - buses, trams and underground can all also be found within 5-10 minutes walk from the flat. This makes access to the very centre of the city and its attractions really quick and convenient. In addition, the 7th district where the apartment block is located is itself one of Vienna's most attractive neighbourhoods. The 'museum district' is home to a number of key museums and is also a lovely place to wander around and explore independent shops, cafes and restaurants. We stayed for two weeks and felt at home very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a beautiful place to stay. The building has been thoughtfully restored, the apartment was spacious and charming and the location is very convenient to restaurants, museums and public transport. The main centre of Vienna is within easy walking distance. The host, Clement is very helpful and provided a lot of useful tips and advice. The book of information is the most organised and thorough we have ever seen. We would definitely recommend staying here when in Vienna and hope that we have the chance to revisit this lovely apartment.

部屋に関しては満足です。バスタブあり、台所も問題なし。場所も地下鉄駅から歩いて5分、近くにいくつもスーパーマーケットがあり良いです。ただし、ものすごい騒音ではないですがトラムか電車の音が朝から夜まで聞こえるので静かな部屋を望む方にはすこし難点かもしれません。早朝にウイーンに着いたのでホテルで荷物を預かってもらうのに時間がかかりました。相手の方は親切な方ですが、今後行かれる方はEメールで十分連絡されてください。部屋のおそうじはすべて自分がしないといけません。5泊中クリーニングは全くありませんでした。
