"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Property was well maintained, however I do feel it to be slightly over-priced because the room was quite outdated. Great location. Very safe and walkable to many restaurants/bars and shopping."

"Fantastic hotel and the absolutely best staff around. We moved into the hotel because of a poor experience with an Airbnb. We booked online at 4pm that day and were able to check in within 20mins. Because we had explained our issue when booking the staff was ready and welcomed us with excellent hospitality. Check in was smooth and the rooms were ready and set up with needed fans (most places in Europe do not have air conditioning). The rooms were typical of Europe and therefore small but very liveable. Plenty of amenities and the on-site restaurant and bar were very enjoyable. The staff was amazing and went beyond the call of duty. On our last night of stay, while we were out on a canal tour, our daughter who stayed behind in the room got sick and called us. We called the front desk and Eve and her staff went to tend to our daughter until we could get back to the hotel. They even called later that night and the next day to check on her. Such dedication and care will be the primary reason we will stay at the hotel on our next Amsterdam visit. I would recommend the hotel and staff to anyone. You will not be disappointed ."

"Arrived before 10am and was told room ready no later than 3pm. Given an “upgraded” room after 3pm that was two levels accessed by a steep, narrow staircase. Bed was on upper level. Coffee maker and fridge were on lower level. The arrangement was not pleasing. WiFi was not accessible for hours to start."
