Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

If you want a hotel that has all of the staff bowing and scraping before you ... they would probably blow your own nose given half a chance, then this the place for you. If you have more more money than sense and want to be obscenely pampered, then this is the place for you. If you want to spend a voyeuristic day looking at the opulence of the place and the at the over indulged guests, many of whom do not seem to have any idea how bizarre it all is, then this is the place for you. ...

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

Great hotel at the most happening locations of noida sector 18 In Atta area which is sorrunded by malls, eateries, shops etc..

We arrived at 5am as our flight was cancelled, the manager allowed us to keep the room until 4pm free of charge and also included a complimentary breakfast. Both really appreciated after our delayed journey. In all excellent customer service.

We booked the Manor Room through Expedia and did have a little trouble initially. The photos of the rooms on the site are not the same as at the hotel. Apparently not all Manor Rooms have the bathtub as advertised on Expedia . That was the whole reason we booked the room to begin with, as after a long voyage through India we were looking forward to some nice bubblebaths and relaxation. Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

Everything was great, however a poolside restaurant would be cherry on top
