"Check in was the fastest, but not the friendliest. Breakfast staff openly complained about being thankful “it was over” and couldn’t wait to “get out of there”. Room was comfy, and clean as this level of hospitality can be for the price point. Would return, but only for business stays alone."

Bar none the coolest welcome center in any state in any city I have ever visited. You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!
