"My new favorite hotel in So. Mumbai (beating out The Oberoi and Taj)! Beautiful, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location allowed me to get around the city. It is also connected to a great mall with fantastic shopping, dining, and a terrific movie theatre. Amazing pool and gym. But the BEST feature? The breakfast. The very best breakfast buffet I’ve had in any hotel in Bombay and maybe any hotel in all of India. I hesitated to write this review because I was tempted to “gate-keep” this hotel lest it become too popular or the prices go up! But I couldn’t resist sharing— this hotel is a dream come true! "

"Excellent hotel, and their response to customer complaints is also quick. The wash basin was getting choked and they had it fixed promptly. But they should allow early check-in the same morning without charging."
