1) We had signed up for a wintergreen room which was not what was allocated to us
2) The staff is more focused on collecting tips vs. actually providing service. Apart from the staff that waited on us during the breakfast buffet service, everyone else was focused on obtaining a quick tip. They should really focus on earning the tip vs demanding it
3) The room that was first provided was subpar and extremely dirty. There was mildew on the button to flush the toilet. The second room wasn't much better. Wifi connectivity was iffy and required multiple reach outs and trying different codes to access.
Overall, this was our last stay at Meluha. We were extremely disappointed. This was the hotel where I met my wife and we were very keen on reliving the experience. This really soured us on Fern as a brand overall. Rodas, down the road, and from the same brand, provided way better service. Meluha could learn a thing or two from the team there
