"The room didn't meet expectations as per the photos shown on the listing. I was expecting a renovated room and received a very run-down room with chipped paint, popcorn ceilings, old fixtures and old furniture. When I raised my concerns I was told that the room I chose was advertised as not renovated, but I didn't feel it was fairly represented as the first several photos of the hotel showed only renovated rooms. It is not reasonable to expect a customer to know that the room they are going to receive will not be renovated unless it is clearly and explicity stated in the room listing. The pool was nice and warm and the staff were nice. I would stay there again if I knew I was getting and paying for a renovated room. "

"Was never yogurt, kids in pool jacuzzi were always screaming diving and cannonballing , staff where very friendly rooms where clean but could have been better, but overall I would recommend "
