"I enjoyed the stay overall, the property was good, the rooms were perfect, and I loved the food. The only thing that made me a little annoyed was the concierge, I asked her simple questions about what was available around that was a bar/ club like Senior Frog since it was closed permanently. She could only name the country bar in Treasure Island, otherwise she knew nothing else. That was disappointing. But otherwise I did not receive an upgrade for my rooms also I did not receive my 20% off food...
