"Every one was very polite and my stay was a great time"

"Woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Walking in the dark and heard a “crunch” as I sat on the toilet. I did a quick mental run through of what on earth could I have dropped on the floor (and now destroyed). Turned on the light and it was this massive bug (beetle…a really big one). Needless to say, I’m so glad I have a rule where i absolutely never ever let my feet touch the floor of a hotel room…so I always put on shoes before my feet hit the floor. Anyway, this was a first for me. But then I played awake wondering if more bugs are lurking around in my room. 😩 Since I didn’t sleep the rest of the night (after waking up at 3:30am), I asked for a late checkout, but they wouldn’t give me one. I told them about the bug and told them they could send someone up to see it, if they didn’t believe me, but they still refused. I was hoping to attach a photo of the bug here but that’s not an option. "

"The staff was engaging and friendly. The room was a spacious one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, separate his/her bathroom sinks, stackable washer/dryer. All the comforts of home. Parking is free and it is a short walk to the Silverton casino, the Bass Pro Shop and restaurants."

"For being an off strip hote, l that was the best place I have ever stayed at. The chicken process was so seamless... And the place was immaculately clean... Will definitely stay there when I go back in May."

"Our stay was good. Not great, but good. The rooms themselves were nice. Great size, excellent bathrooms. Beds were moderately comfortable, but didn’t like the pillows at all. Also, TV had very basic offerings, which is annoying. Food on property was okay, with the breakfast being the best restaurant there in our opinion. The highlight was the Spa. Excellent service, excellent treatment, beautiful space. Many of the employees seemed unqualified, and weren’t rude but definitely lacked competence. For the money, it was a good value, and I would stay there again. However, I won’t be raving about my stay. "

"So I did not come for the gambling ok. I came to the area for the Con Expo and did not want to stay on the strip. The down side of the whole stay is simple things such as having a coffee maker in the rooms, having a refrigerator that you could store stuff in (not one that is timed, or weighed, etc.). Basic room amenities is a 2- star...sorry. Probably just not the place for us due to the cost, little that we kind of expected, especially being non drinkers or gamblers. I think it was just a bit to much and over priced. We did not feel that we could just "stay in". So not only did we feel this way, our walk to just to get down stairs was a forever journey considering the length of the hotel and lack of operating elevator in the middle...lol."
