"I stay here often, every other month or so. This last visit I was met with a staff who was not interested in being helpful. Except for check in & the spa I was provided with zero customer service. Valet did not greet me and watched as I unloaded my bags and took them to my room. They did the same thing upon my departure. Watched me load my bags and then stood there waiting for a tip. You need an overhaul on bath towels, they are paper thin and yellow. Lastly the "VIP" lounge has zero snacks, coffee was disgusting & it was super messy. Hopefully Red Rock starts to do better, I love the location & spa."

"The breakfast was ok. I didn’t realize it was next to I-11 so it was pretty loud at night. Something to be aware of. One thing I was frustrated with was I put hand towels on the floor due to them being dirty and they wouldn’t give me new towels and kept hanging the same dirty ones up again which was gross. "

"Great location and easy check in process. Didn't get to explore much of the amenities but the room was spacious. I booked a king bed and it came with a sofa bed as well, mini fridge and microwave."
