"charged me for a bill in the restaurant that someone walked out on. claiming that since i sat with the person (but not in my party), that i had to pay. Even after discussing with the hotel manager, and declining to pay, they still put it on my Amex."

"There were enough little things that were not right or working, especially for a room that was over $500 on a Friday. Paid to upgrade to have a soaking tub, that did not work. Toilet paper hanger was broke. No coffee cups or creamer. No plastic cups or glass ware, for a room like this, expected glasses. The wood grain on the check-in counter has a layer of black grime on it, do not touch. It was a nice room but things made it not worth it."

"Room was spacious and clean but the issue was that the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and the toilet sync wasn’t sucking the water in properly causing water to float, didn’t complain to the reception though as I only stayed one night and I was out of my room most of the time."
