"Breakfast was amazing. thank you, Kristal, for all your help The staff was so nice and helpful. from the front desk to the doormen to the housekeepers... Excellent!!!! Truly one of the nicest cities I've ever been too. The bartender was so kind to my grandsons. I believe his name was TJ. They would come down to the restaurant/bar for a late nice snake and would have conversation with them about the city. thank you for the wonderful stay!!"

"The staff at check-in and check out were incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It would be nice if they could somehow soundproof the room more because the street sounds, even on the sixth floor, made it hard to fall asleep. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next day and the staff there was also very friendly. I downgraded my review from excellent for the hotel and for the staff because my key was bent from the valet staff. They also were incredibly friendly. However, at my first stop at a rest area on the way home, I had trouble getting my key out of the ignition. I also had trouble getting it back in. The key was visibly bent from the valet parking. It was 100% fine when I left the car to be parked by the valet parking."

"The hotel was a great experience. The staff, for the most part, was phenomenal, very nice, and accommodating. I want to give a special thank you to Jacqueline, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and right at home; we really appreciated it. My view was amazing, but the bathroom was dated, and I was disappointed because I assumed I was getting the renovated river view room. I booked through a third party and should have booked directly if I wanted some of my special requests honored a little better. Other than that, we enjoyed it and will be back."
