"let me start with the airport shuttle, waited for almost 45 min after calling the property . Staff at check in was polite and helpful , however during checked out when needed some small change for tips. the staff at the counter was every unprofessional by showing the attitude. Room is clean but the mattress is old and sank in and edge of the bed curve out. Need replacement. carpet at the coridor is dirty. The only restaurant at the hotel need improvement , besides pizza , nothing is presentable at all. way way to salty. to be frank, i was pretty disappointment with this one, not the standard of DOUBLE tree i am use to ."

"Arrived around 10pm to check in. There was a long line of people who didn't have the foresight to book in advance, and as a result, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in even though I set everything up. Not what I expected at 10pm. Everything else was fine."

"Happy about: 1. Staff were quite helpful 2. Breakfast was okay Not quite expected: 1. The room pictures are quite deceptive. Overall the hotel is quite old. 2. The hot water in the shower need to be activated by turning on both the faucet and the shower for a couple minutes. Expected and happened: 1. The noise from the planes due to how close the hotel is to LGA."

"The breakfast offerings did not align with the menu descriptions. On the first morning, milk was unavailable for the cereal. Bagels were absent on all subsequent days. On the final morning, the establishment only provided milk, cereal, and coffee. Several curtains in the room were damaged. The room lacked sufficient towels to accommodate the number of occupants. Additionally, housekeeping personnel did not visit the room on any of the days to empty the trash or replenish towels. The staff exhibited a friendly demeanor. Parking was located in a shopping center parking lot, with a nightly fee of $27."
