"I had a fantastic week at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The hotel's design is stunning, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, and provides a serene and comfortable ambiance. The front desk team were courteous, attentive, and professional, consistently demonstrating a willingness to assist, which enhanced my experience. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality truly stood out. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to New York and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an outstanding place to stay."

"The staff was friendly but they tried to charge me separately for the 2 rooms that I booked together. The entrance smelled of marijuana and one of the windows near the lobby was broken. The elevator was in horrible shape, to the point that my entire family walked up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Upon arrival I was told one of the rooms was ready, but it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the other room. When we got to the floor both rooms were still not ready. When we were finally let into the first room it had just been "cleaned" but was actually not. The bedspreads were thin and full of cigarette burns, sheets were stained and the refrigerators were disgusting. Overall my family and I would never stay here again. The pictures on the hotel site are total lies, it absolutely doesn't look like the photos. "
